How to prepare for my arrival
Ensure you have full hookups.
Hydro-jet tank cleaning services require that your RV site have full hook-ups.
This includes access to 20amp, 30amp, or 50 amp electricity, city water, and full sewer connections.
Dump your tanks.
Please dump your black and gray tanks before I arrive.
If you have a clog and are unable to dump your tanks, please let me know in advance.
Leave your sewer hose.
Please leave your sewer hose attached and in place. I will utilize your connections to provide this service.
Plan for not having water during tank cleaning.
During the tank cleaning process, I may turn off the water to your RV, so please wait until after I’m done to take a shower, do dishes, use the toilet, run a load of laundry, or other water-related activities.
If your sewer connections are under a Slide-outs.
I will be working directly at the sewer connection. If a slide-out is over the site, I ask that you bring in your slide so that I can provide the best service possible.
Macerators.
If you have a Macerator, I need to know! There are two different types of macerators and which one you have may prevent me from accessing your holding tanks.
A macerator that is housed between the tank and the sewer line blocks me from being able to pass my equipment into the holding tank itself. I unfortunately, can not offer you hydro-jet cleaning services.
A macerator toilet is different! This macerator sits between the toilet and holding tank and does not block access! I will be able to provide service for this kind of macerator set-up.
